Multi Process Repair Example:
JCB Front Loader Bucket Quick Hitch Repair. This load bearing pin structure was made of thick tubing. Absolutely suitable, until an operator attempted to attach a Caterpillar bucket which uses much thinner hooks. The result was both attachment points deformed, rendering the machine inoperable and unsafe. A replacement pin structure was ruled out due to time constraints. This repair was achieved with new pin components turned out of solid 4140 steel, that pass through both ears and into the existing pipe to preserve alignment.
